Humn Breathwork Instructor Training Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Humn Breathwork and Participant upon signing up for the Humn Breathwork Instructor Training Program. By accessing and using the Program materials, Participant agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Ownership of Materials:
Participant acknowledges and agrees that all Program materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and any other materials provided by Humn, are the exclusive property of Humn and are protected by copyright laws. Participant agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit the materials in any form, whether electronic or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Humn.

2. Confidentiality:
Participant agrees to keep their login credentials for accessing the Program materials confidential and not to share them with any other individuals. Participant understands that sharing login credentials or distributing Program materials to others is a violation of this Agreement and may result in termination of access to the Program without refund.

3. Limitations of Use:
Participant acknowledges that their use of the Program materials is limited to their personal learning and development as a breathwork instructor. Participant agrees not to use the materials for any commercial purposes or to teach breathwork classes without proper certification from Humn.

4. Medical Disclaimer:
Participant understands and acknowledges that participation in the Program involves breathwork exercises that may affect their physical and mental well-being. Participant agrees to consult with a medical professional before participating in the Program if they have any medical conditions or concerns. Participant assumes full responsibility for their health and safety during participation in the Program.

5. Limitation of Liability:
Participant acknowledges that Humn is not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur as a result of their participation in the Program. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Humn harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the Program materials.

6. Termination:
Humn reserves the right to terminate Participant's access to the Program at any time if Participant violates any terms of this Agreement or engages in conduct that is harmful to the Program or other participants. In such cases, Participant will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid for the Program.
